Orders are processed and dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery charges apply to each parcel sent. An order can only be associated with one postal address. If you wish to send the same parcel to several addresses, you will need to create an order for each of the addresses concerned.
Orders placed via www.ellabache.com can only be delivered to mainland France. We do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories, Andorra or other countries.
